To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Funneeeeeeeee

People keep sending me these ecards. It must be all the rage or something. And, I understand why. These things are wildly clever and witty. Right up my alley. They constantly make me laugh.

Anyway, I made a list of all of my favorite (more tasteful) ones. But, man are there some funny tasteless ones.
See what I mean.... ???

Funnnnneeeeeeeeee... So funny!

The good, the bad and the ugly.

It was an awesome weekend, after a really tough work week...

I got to go to the wedding of one of my good friends... and I LOVE weddings. Ms. Kelli Lim became Mrs. Kelli Farbarer. And, she looked SO gorgeous.

It was such a nice day, so much love. At least I thought so much love... until I got home and realized that we got robbed, and then it wasn't so awesome anymore. Some foolio(s) broke into our house and stole most of our electronics (4 laptops, 1 camera, 1 ipod touch and one (luckily not mine) t.v.). PUNKS.

Luckily, the laptop of mine that was stolen was actually not so much mine as it was MZT's. So, basically Bryan got robbed. Sorry, BZ! Who knew that would mean I got an upgrade. Now I can watch movies in bed on a much larger screen. Take that robbers. (But, I still miss my music and my pictures, which hopefully can be recovered... or at least not accessed without dismembering my left index finger).

In other news. The boys in my office told me two things (repeatedly) this week:

1. There is something in the water in our office and everyone is getting knocked up. (Good thing I only drink diet coke).

2. The dudes who robbed us probably stole our electronics AND rumaged through our underwear drawers... (such sympathetic guys!) This was by far their favorite thing ever to tell me. Woof!

P.S. I did wonder if the robbers were amazed by the fact that I have an entire dresser (albeit it's a nightstand) filled solely with belts. Yup. Tis true.

Deep Thoughts by moi...

When I was little I wanted to be a forensic psychologist (no joke), because I am weird like that.

And, I also wanted to (first) get married and (second) have some kids, preferably cute ones.

Now, I am pretty sure if I don't get on it I might have to reverse the order....

I think I am kidding...

But, I do think about it from time to time.

(Almost) Instagram!

My cell phone camera is so fuzzy, I am just going to pretend that this photo was an Instagram photo with that old timers soft photo feel.... even though it's not.

My parents came to town for a while, which was awesome. After my dad went back to work, my mom and I went up to Santa Barbara and visited all of our favorite places and some of our favorite people and snapped this ridiculous photo in Imagine off State Street... and don't worry, my mom bought her hat... because, who doesn't need a ginormous hat made of paper??? (We're just trying to be royals here, but with less sophistication).
